Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of 2Cash, the mobile app and the website 2cash.app, operated by GTECH Serviços de Tecnologia Ltda, Brazilian company registered under CNPJ 46.227.303/0001-42, headquartered at Rodovia Gabriel Arns, nº 3.228, Ouro Negro, Forquilhinha/SC, CEP 88.850-000, Brazil ("we"). By creating an account or using 2Cash you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

2Cash helps couples record shared expenses, split them, track balances, goals and budgets, and settle up. 2Cash is an organization tool: it does not hold or move money, is not a bank or payment institution and does not provide financial, tax or legal advice. Payments between partners (for example via Pix) happen in your own bank, outside 2Cash.

2. Account

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity in your account.
• A couple space has up to two members. What one member records is visible to the other.
• You can leave a couple or delete your account at any time in the app. Shared history remains available to the other member as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Free trial and subscription

• New couples get a 14-day free trial with all features, without a payment method.
• After the trial, a paid subscription (monthly or yearly) unlocks 2Cash for both members of the couple. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
• Subscriptions are purchased and billed through the App Store or Google Play, renew automatically and can be cancelled in your store account settings. Refunds follow the store's policies.
• Without an active subscription, the app becomes read-only: you can still view and export your data.

4. Your content

The data you record belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to store and process it only to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record.

5. Assistant features

Features that fill in an expense from text or a receipt QR code are suggestions and may contain errors. Nothing is saved until you review it and tap Save.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use 2Cash for illegal purposes, to harm others, to access data that is not yours, or to interfere with the service (for example by automated scraping, reverse engineering or overloading our systems).

7. Intellectual property

2Cash, its brand, design and software belong to GTECH Serviços de Tecnologia Ltda. These terms do not transfer any rights other than the personal, non-exclusive use of the service.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep 2Cash available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" and may have interruptions, especially during the beta. We may change or discontinue features; material changes will be announced in advance.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made based on the information you record in 2Cash. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer protection laws of your country grant you.

10. Termination

You can stop using 2Cash at any time. We may suspend accounts that seriously breach these terms, with notice whenever possible.

11. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. Questions: support@2cash.app.
